operative procedure:

- bilateral transplantation of bone from the posterior iliac crest to upper jaw
- removal of bone upper front
- removal of old implants (they were of a type that can show periimplantitis, one did)
- insertion of 8 implants upper jaw (1 went lost)
- placement of metal reinforced acrylic bridge (after 6 months porcelain bridge will be made)
